These terms govern your use of Totoro Cloud VPN. We've written them to be straightforward — no hidden clauses, no fine print designed to limit your rights. By using this service you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Totoro Cloud VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Totoro Cloud VPN for lawful personal or professional purposes, including accessing blocked websites, protecting your privacy on public Wi-Fi, and streaming geo-restricted content.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Conduct illegal activities under applicable law
  • Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempt to compromise the security of our infrastructure or other users
  • Resell or sublicense access without written permission

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your subscription link publicly. Report any unauthorized access to support immediately.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. We offer a 24-hour refund window for technical failures we cannot resolve. Refund requests outside this window are evaluated case by case.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages caused by network events, government interference, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
